The latest intrusion in the Brazil’s lucrative small pick-up truck market is Peugeot Hoggar compact pick-up truck. Designed in Brazil for the Brazilian market, Peugeot Hoggar is the pick up truck version of the domestic market 207 supermini and is based on Peugeot’s previous generation 206 hatch.
The vehicle not only demonstrates Peugeot’s ambition for internationalization but also confirms the acceleration of the Marque’s strategy. With the touch of seduction and emotion to the world of Pick-ups, the Hogger borrows its name from Peugeot’s funky 2003 beach-buggy concept.
Peugeot Hoggar has a load capacity of 1,151 liters and a payload of 742 kg. Peugeot Hoggar will be launched on May 15, with engines two engine choices: 1.4 and 1.6, the same as the Peugeot 207.
