Today's media preview of the 2014 Paris Motor Show brought the full revelation of Infinti's latest inspiration, specifically the Q80 Inspiration concept car. The Porsche Panamera-like four-door coupe — which Cars.com reviewer Kelsey Mays earlier described as "a sedan-meets-hatchback amalgamation with cab-rearward styling, a hybrid drivetrain and enormous wheels" — heralds a new flagship vehicle for Nissan's luxury brand, though it's anybody's guess as to when the Inspiration sees production.

Likely to be called the Q80 if and when it hits dealerships, the concept is longer, wider and shorter in height than either its luxury-flagship or four-door coupe peers. Its aluminum exterior evokes a menacing sea creature, from its narrow-eyed stare and gaping maw to its flowing body lines directing the eye back and downward on the way to a bulbous, enlarged rear end.
