How Two Powerful Sedans Stack Up In Detroit

Automakers aren't being shy at this year's North American International Auto Show in Detroit. On Monday, high-performance machines like the Ford GT and Acura NSX were revealed. Today, a couple of high-performance sedans were rolled out for all to gawk over.

Cadillac's all-new CTS-V and Lexus' first GS F may seem similar at a glance of their beefier wheels, bulging wheel arches and likely uncomfortably bolstered seats, but under the hood they're quite different. One of them is designed to be a beast with specs that are hard to match by any car on the road, while the other hopes to elevate itself to performance-enthusiast consideration.

We wonder how far apart they'll be when prices are announced, but here's how some of their other numbers stack up.
