As the Geneva Motor show is approaching, the news from various automakers has started flaring up. And here is one from German engineering firm, EDAG. After showcasing its first Light Car concept last year, EDAG is all set to debut a lightweight electric car what it deems as critical to the evolution of the electric car: a lightweight space frame. The new concept weights at 1200Kg which is 35 kg less than the Tesla Roadster, and a whopping 265kg less than the MINI E. The electric car concept can be scaled for small or mid size cars, has a battery enough for at least 150km and is aimed to provide the consumer with an unmistakable type of vehicle.
