Lexus is wasting no time in launching its refreshed hybrid hatchback. The 2014 CT 200h was just unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, and it's going on sale next month. Even better, its price isn't increasing. The 2014 Lexus CT 200h starts at the 2013 version's base $32,960 price, including a $910 destination fee.

The biggest change is a more aggressive look in front; the 2014 model adopts Lexus' large spindle grille. Other visual differences this year include revised front and rear bumpers, LED daytime running lights, a larger rear spoiler and what Lexus describes as a "shark fin" antenna.

Inside, there's new door-panel trim and additional interior finishes, including striped wood and metal film. The 2014 version also uses the next generation of Lexus' multimedia system, along with an updated version of the system's remote touch interface; HD Radio and real-time traffic and weather are complimentary.

Power is unchanged this year; the 2014 model continues to pair a 1.8-liter four-cylinder gas engine with a 650-volt motor for a combined output of 134 horsepower. Also like the outgoing model, the CT 200h gets an EPA-estimated 43/40/42 mpg city/highway/combined rating.

Lexus says to expect the 2014 model at dealerships in late January or early February.
