Audi's RS5 coupe is generally pretty sweet stock out of the box, but here's what happens when Audi's Look-What-We-Can-Do Department—i.e., Audi quattro GmbH—gets a hold of one. It's called the Audi RS5 Sport edition, of which only 75 will be built and sold starting at a heady $88,500, nearly $15K more than the standard RS5, for the 2015 model year. Oh, and in a rare turn for a European automaker, the RS5 Sport Edition will be a U.S.-only creation.
Riding on a set of sweet 20-inch "5-V-spoke" wheels and wearing either of two sweet model-exclusive grays—Daytona Gray or Nardo Gray— the RS5 Sport Edition looks as sexy as any RS5 before it. Alternatively, if the customer wants, one of Audi's "Exclusive" custom colors can be chosen, too. The interior is blessed with a sweet perforated leather steering wheel and red-and-black Nappa leather seats that are piped and stitched in red, as well as embossed with the RS badge. Trim pieces on the door, center console, and dashboard are painted to match the body, which we gotta say looks pretty rad—at least in the SE's light gray color.

Despite billing the special RS5 as a "Sport" edition, Audi has not made the two-door any sportier than the workaday RS5. That's okay, though, as the 450-hp, all-wheel-drive RS5 is already pretty sporty as it is. As a showpiece conceived to highlight Audi's customization abilities, the RS5 certainly is a fantastic way to show off Audi's way to have it your way.
