With its spacious interior, practical five-door body, and seating for up to five, the plus-sized Mini Cooper Countryman is a character-rich crossover that actually makes some sense—its coupe-bodied, four-seat counterpart, the Paceman, not so much. Still, the Paceman is somewhat swoopier-looking and far more exclusive than the Countryman—both traits that appeal to Mini's contrarian target market.
