Reading Cars.com reviewer Mike Hanley's critique of the 2014 Lexus GX 460, one gets the distinct impression he thinks the luxury SUV is fine, but just can't seem to find much to get excited about. He likes new front-end styling, dominated by an in-your-face interpretation of Lexus' hourglass-shaped spindle grille, though that boldness doesn't carry through to the rest of the vehicle. Meanwhile, some notably old-school-SUV driving dynamics and dated interior flourishes are further examples of how remarkably unremarkable the GX 460 is in many ways. Read Hanley's review below.
