Subaru may have swapped the old WRX's turbo for a smaller unit, but it definitely amped up the sedan's looks for 2015. Although it lacks the concept's sloping, coupe-like roofline, the 2015 WRX wears a scooped hood, bulging front fenders and snake-like headlights for an aggressive look.

New this year is a turbocharged 2.0-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine; it's rated at 268 horsepower. Transmissions include a six-speed manual or a continuously variable automatic transmission with eight predetermined ratios that mimic the feeling of a conventional automatic.
