The web is loaded with Tesla P85D videos showing just how awesome the 691-hp electric super-sedan is when stacked against similarly powered machinery. With AWD and instant torque, it's pretty nasty at the strip—so much so that after one embarrassing video, a Dodge Hellcat owner produced one of the more hilarious rants in recent memory.
But as good as it is, the Tesla isn't invincible, as shown in a new video filmed at Palm Beach International Raceway. It's a quarter-mile showdown between the EV superstar and the 730-hp Ferrari F12berlinetta.
The Tesla driver clearly gets the better start, but the Ferrari recovers and casually sucks up the Tesla on its way to a 10.893 @132.5 mph:
The Tesla is still stupid-fast, mind you, running an 11.6 @ 115 mph. It's even more remarkable when you consider that it's about a quarter of the F12's price and can carry three times as many people.

But the F12berlinetta is, in the end, just ridiculous.
