We needed to do a double take when Infiniti pulled the sheets off of the QX30 concept at the 2015 Geneva auto show. At first blush, the only readily discernable difference between the QX30 and the Q30 concept that debuted at the 2013 Frankfurt auto show is the extra letter in the former's name denoting its status as an Infiniti crossover/SUV.
