Like any new family addition, Subaru's rear-drive bundle of joy, the BRZ, began hogging attention before it even arrived. As a concept in 2011, the idea of a lightweight, naturally aspirated, rear-wheel-drive coupe from a company built on wagons, all-wheel drive, and turbochargers caused a stir.
