Nissan Will Build Electric e-NV200 Van for Global Markets in 2013, U.S. Availability Unconfirmed

Nissan has announced that it will put the electric e-NV200 van—the all-electric version of the NV200—into production for global markets in 2013. Unknown at this point is whether the U.S. is one of the van's destinations. We are getting the regular gas-powered NV200 commercial vehicle early next year, as well as a taxi version for 2014.
