Alleged Ferrari F70/Enzo Successor Image Leaked

An alleged image of the new Ferrari F70 was served up on the internets this weekend soaked in typically ambiguous "leaked" caveats. As vague in origin as it is in image quality, the photo is rumored to have first surfaced on a Ferrari fan's Facebook page.

Indian website Motoroids is reporting that the photo above was taken recently at a private party in China. Given the large screen, it does appear that some type of official presentation is being given, and it was only two weeks ago that Ferrari celebrated their 20th year of doing business in China with a parade and some special events held in conjunction with the Guangzhou Auto Show.

We've had the Enzo's successor on our radar for nearly a year, and recently had the chance to go in-depth with its engine compartment, powertrain, and carbon-fiber passenger tub. The V-12–powered F70—at one point rumored to be internally codenamed the F150—will be employ a hybrid setup first previewed at last April's Beijing auto show. Authentic or not, you can bet the above image will breed plenty of chatter, so get your popcorn ready—you're probably going to start hearing some wild stuff about the next Ferrari hypercar.
