What It Is: A mule for the next-gen 2014 Jeep Liberty caught testing wearing an Alfa Romeo Giulietta shell. The compact SUV replacement for the venerated Jeep Cherokee, the Liberty arrived for 2002 and was revamped for 2008. Despite Jeep's best efforts, the Liberty never quite lived up to the Cherokee's reputation for rugged simplicity and suburban chic.

    I REALLY LIKE IT!!! .. love the way it stands and that body. Three strong suggestions to jeep to build a real winner..

    1- somehow make it so you have a full 4 feet of cargo width so you can haul 4x8 sheets of plywood.

    2- make those rear seats really far back and low with a super recline feature

    3. Give it a truck like tailgate with a retractable rear window so that you can drive with the tailgate down



    If it has that body and those 3 features they will come running.
