As Geneva Motor show is inching closer, every Automaker is flashing up new products, even before their world debuts. Nissan is no exception and has unveiled its Juke – a crossover based on the Qazana concept car of Geneva 2009.
The small crossover that measures 4meters long, 1.765m wide and 1.57m high with a sporty and SUV spirit is aimed at Young urbanites. Juke will be available with three choices in engines: a 1.5-liter diesel and two 1.6-liter petrol units.
The baseline 1.6-liter petrol engine generates 117hp while the turbocharged version produces 190hp and 240Nm of torque. The third motor is a 1.5 dCi common rail diesel worth 110 of Horse Power and 240Nm of torque.
With its wheelbase of 2.5m, all-mode 4×4-i is a new development of Nissan’s respected electronic all-wheel drive system and now features torque vectoring technology to enhance agility and reduce under steer when cornering. This vehicle is to go on sale in October and expected to be priced at $20,000.
