Well, those of you who love Bentley cars might be remembering the 2011 Bentley Mulsanne unveiled at Pebble Beach Concours last year. It was a hyper-luxury with company’s latest take on classical elegance. 2011 Bentley was the amalgamation of modern technology with the traditional coach building technique. Minutest things are considered while shaping Bentley Mulsanne and it needs 125 man-hours to create the body of the pre-production Bentley.
Included here is a video showing the body assembling of Bentley at its center in the Crewe, UK factory that Bentley lovers, I am sure, would love to watch. Further, many of its parts like the hand-brazed seam on the D-pillar, which hides panel seams to create a smooth and flowing look across the rear of the car, are still done by hand to achieve the optimal result.
