Kepler Motors has announced plans to debut a new supercar at the 2009 Dubai International Motor Show. The little known company will be in Dubai with its hybrid supercar, the Motion. The new car will be powered by a Ford EcoBoost V6 working alongside an electric motor. To be more precise, the twin-turbocharged 3.5-l V6 will send 550 hp to the rear wheels, while the 250hp electric motor will run the front wheels, taking the combined output to 800hp.

California based Kepler Motors says the car will go from zero to 60mph in just 2.5 seconds, and that the top speed will be greater than 200mph. The car’s chassis and body have been made out of carbon fiber composites to keep it light. The company hopes to bring the Motion to production by 2011, with a limited run of just 50 units for the hand-assembled car. There’s no word on pricing yet, but words like supercar, limited edition, hand assembled should give you a pretty good idea where this is going.
