Alternative fuel technology is a necessity for the future, and Australia based industrial design student, Dan Anderson’s electric bike Voltra could be an answer to it. Voltra engine powered by Li-Ion batteries manages 129Nm of torque helping the bike reach 200km/h of top speed. The bike weighs around 200 kilos and can be ridden for more than 90 minutes on a single charge. Its battery needs two hours for a full charge, which can be a long time, but its exhilarating design could mould the commuters toward it.
