The KAZE Urban Powerplant concept from designer Baíta Bueno puts forward the idea of generating electricity by using garages. The open wide spaces of these garages will be used for wind harvesting, and funnel shaped collectors will guide these winds.

The open wide spaces of these garages will be used for wind harvesting, and funnel shaped collectors will guide these winds towards the center of each station, where the generator is located.
Power so generated can be used to recharge parked electric cars in these “garages” or parking areas, while any excess power can be transferred to the grid.
