On Monday, we presented this week's shifter and asked you to identify the make and model of the vehicle whence it came. While almost everyone quickly determined the shifter to be a Honda unit, Nick C. was the first to identify it as the 2015 Honda Fit's six-speed stick. Nick will receive a Save the Manuals button and sticker as a reward.
Now in its third generation, the Fit continues to impress with an unbelievably space-efficient and roomy interior, fun handling, and sweet powertrain. Although some of the zest has been removed from the Fit's steering and Honda banished the previous-gen car's rear anti-roll bar to the trash bin, the five-door has (finally!) gained a sixth gear and more power.
