Mercedes-AMG is continuing to parcel out info on the upcoming GT sports car: On the heels of its wild video of a camo car being flogged comes a new minisite complete with an image of the two-door in shadows. Aside from our own rendering of the 2016 Mercedes-AMG GT, the darkened photo above is our best look at the SLS AMG GT successor to date.
From what we can see, the GT will look almost exactly like our rendering, meaning the exterior ought to be as stylish as the previously revealed interior. We'll mourn the ridiculously amazing 6.2-liter V-8, which powered the SLS AMG and a plethora of other AMG models, but the twin-turbo V-8–powered GT likely won't disappoint. The Mercedes-AMG GT minisite—accessible here—promises to reveal more technical and performance information in the future.
