If you have a race car, you generally also need a way to haul it around, and as such, a good tow vehicle is essential. For one lucky Porsche enthusiast, not only is this beautiful 1977 Porsche 935 race car for sale on Hemmings right now, but it comes with an equally stunning Magirus transporter bus fully kitted out in Porsche racing livery.
-Introduced in 1976, the Porsche 935 was a factory-built race car designed for FIA Group 5 competition based on the roadgoing 930 turbo. Due to loose restrictions within Group 5, the 935's turbocharged 3.0-liter engine could make as much as 800 horsepower depending on configuration, although typical output was closer to 600.

--For the 1977 season, Porsche produced 14 or so customer models. These were factory-built 935s available for purchase by private racing teams, and due to Porsche's overwhelming success in the 1976 season, demand was through the roof. This car is one of those 14. According to the seller, this 935 was originally sold to an American racing team, where it stayed until 2000. Since then, it has received a number of upgrades—including a new, fully built, 3.2-liter engine with a larger turbocharger along with chassis improvements—and has since made its way back to Germany.

But the story doesn't end there. Included with the car is also one of the coolest tow vehicles we've ever seen. Built by the German truck company Magirus, this hauler was given a classic Porsche paint scheme meant to replicate the Mercedes-Benz haulers used by Porsche Motorsport during the 1960s. There's little information on the hauler, but it looks clean and ready to fulfill a weekend of track duty.
-Together these two make a great couple, even with an asking price of $128K. If you're into Porsches and vintage racing, you won't find a combo cooler than this.
