Dany Bahar Fired as Lotus CEO, and Not For Canceling Our Interview

After three years of high-performance promises and sputtering output, Dany Bahar has been fired from his job as the CEO of Group Lotus. The company made the announcement today in a written statement.

Bahar was suspended two weeks ago when an investigation was opened by the board of Group Lotus, acting on complaints from Lotus's new owner, Malaysian automotive conglomerate DRB-Hicom.
