Where is Gas the Cheapest?

Summer driving season is here and gas prices are falling. That's right; they're actually decreasing during one of the biggest travel times of the year. Motorists in some states are even seeing prices below $3 a gallon.  MSNBC is reporting that gas prices have dropped an average of 7.1 % across the country during the last month. The decline has been seen in all but two states. Where is it the cheapest? Five out of the 10 states listed below are located on the Gulf Coast, where a large amount of crude oil is processed. Other states credit low fuel taxes for their cheap gas.  Here's a list of the 10 states where gas is cheapest. 10.
