Volkswagen e-Co-Motion Concept: Electrifying the Van [2013 Geneva Auto Show]

Volkswagen's commercial-vehicle division is a separate entity from its namesake within the VW Group. Based in Hannover, some 50 miles from Group headquarters in Wolfsburg, Volkswagen "Nutzfahrzeuge" comes up with its own products and concepts. It sells the Transporter/Multivan, the Mercedes Sprinter–derived Crafter, and the Golf-based Caddy. At this year's Geneva auto show, the brand has provided a glimpse into its future.
