F1 Race Stars Coming in November—Think Mario Kart with F1 Drivers [Video Games]

Codemasters recently announced that it plans to bring a new, Mario Kart–style arcade racing video game to market. Big deal, right? Actually, it sort of is—at least in our neck of the woods—as the game takes the party-carting formula and stirs in a liberal helping of Formula 1–licensed drivers and cars. For those unfamiliar with what "party-carting" means, it's basically a cartoonish racing format perfected by Nintendo's Mario Kart franchise; games that fall into this category are usually at their best when they're played with a group of friends. The developer gave us an early look at the upcoming title at its HQ in England, and we came away fairly excited to see the final product.
