The 2015 Ford Mustang has hardly hit the streets–the very first deliveries dropped on September 30th–but it was only a matter of time. Submitted for your cringing approval, perhaps the very first sixth-gen Mustang wreck in the U.S. Poor thing.
Member TexArmageddon spotted this stuffed 'Stang over at the Mustang6g enthusiast forum, and users tracked down the vehicle's insurance auction listing. The yellow nose-job victim was a simple V-6 model with an automatic transmission. We don't have any idea what happened here, but while the airbags didn't deploy, the coupe clearly center-punched some kind of immovable obstacle hard enough to do some notable front-end damage.

You have to feel bad for this Mustang's owner. The brand-new pony hadn't even racked up 500 miles before its sad date with destiny. And just like that, one of the very first 2015 Mustangs on the road became one of the very first in the salvage lot.
Sometimes, it hurts to be first.
