So, the New York Times has declared that monocles are back in style as a fashion accessory; may Burgess Meredith have mercy on all of our souls if that's true. But because there likely are at least a few hipster nitwits out there actually wearing one, allow us to stand with our colleagues at Esquire and head off the "trend" by running that crap into the ground right freaking now.
