We need all of you to stop what they are doing and listen—er, read: Ford will debut the 2015 Mustang December 5! No more speculation (even though ours is close!), renderings, or spy photos, folks.

Although we're a little disappointed that Ford didn't stick to tradition and wait until the New York auto show (the venue where the original pony car made its big debut nearly 50 years ago), we are glad to soon be getting the full download on the 2015 model. Ford says it will reveal the car in six cities, on four continents, simultaneously on December 5. Of course, there will be a social-media-based countdown to the reveal, during which there will assuredly be a bevy of "previews" and "teasers." Just show us the car already, Ford, or wait until the Mustang's 50th anniversary in April and pull the cover off in the Big Apple!
