Yes, a tachometer is standard on all 2014 Mazda3 models, along with a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, a stereo with an MP3 decoder and power windows and side mirrors. The standard equipment varies by model, with the base SV having less than the others; the number of features increases as you move up the price scale to the Sport, Touring, Grand Touring and s Grand Touring.
