Ontario Giving $1,000 Rebate On EV Chargers

The program is aimed at homeowners and businesses who received a provincial electric vehicle rebate and have installed or are planning to install an electric vehicle charging station, or to help potential plug-in car buyers interested in low or zero local emissions vehicles, but reticent about the extra upfront costs involved. Plug-in vehicles also carry a $5,000-$8,000 rebate, but unlike other provinces, there were no funds earmarked for charging equipment.
