| C/D: Has it helped your career that you were a math genius at Oxford? AG: Well, it helped my RAF career, understanding the technical aspects of flying airplanes. And it helped with the weapons planning I undertook for the Libyan bombing campaign we waged last year from Italy. C/D: What's your favorite aircraft? AG: The F-4 Phantom.
