Hyundai has announced the base price of its all-new Elantra GT; the Americanized i30 will start at $19,170. For that money, the GT comes with a six-speed manual mated to a 1.8-liter four-cylinder making 148 hp and 131 lb-ft of torque, which will be good for 27 mpg in the city and 39 on the highway.
