The F-150 lineup is getting a mild refresh for 2013, and Ford has announced some running upgrades are headed to the off-road-ready SVT Raptor variant as well. Unlike the regular F-150, the 2013 Raptor's changes pretty much start and end with a rash of new standard and available features.
