Cadillac has refreshed the SRX crossover again for 2013. The update follows last year's engine shakeup in which the rig's two less-than-stellar V-6s were nixed for a single, better one with more power. This latest upgrade brings a passel of technology to Caddy's strong-selling crossover, along with some subtle changes to the exterior.
